Before we breakdown our delivery information carriage services with rates below, please note that some customers prefer to send their own method of carriage in to collect goods from our stores. These range from their own vehicles, drivers, their own preferred couriers (who they have accounts with etc.) to sub-contractors, sister companies, their clients/customers (who they’re working for) or even just someone doing them a favour. This works out just fine in most cases, so long as you specify to us at the time of placing an order of your intention to collect and ensure that whoever collects for you, has your confirmation order number. (a 6-digit number starting with ‘3’) and indeed the delivery information for the goods to go to when they leave our premises.

Prior instruction of a customer’s collection method allows us to check stock, pick and pack your order to reserve the stock and prepare any paperwork necessary.
- If you’re a credit account customer placing an order over the phone, please inform a member of the sales team that your order is being collected by your driver or your designated third party and ensure that whoever collects has your confirmation number and the delivery information wether it be coming back to your address or a site etc.
- If you’re placing an order by purchase order via email or fax, then please mark clearly that your order is being collected by your driver or your designated third party and ensure that whoever collects has your confirmation order number and the delivery information wether it be coming back to your address or a site etc.
- If you’re placing an order online, then please make sure you select CLICK & COLLECT and then make a note in the comments section at check-out that your order is being collected by your driver or your designated third party, then ensure that whoever collects has your confirmation order number and the delivery information wether it be coming back to your address or a site etc.
7 x day collection rule
Please note; Whether you place an order for collection through the sales office by phone, email or purchase order, or a Click & Collect order online via the E-shop, we have an automatic rule for collection within 7 x days from the order being placed (or the nearest Monday) After then, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
