Front of house in our bright and well-stocked showroom, lead by the knowledgeable, long-serving, wizard-like stalwart Tony Clark (known as Technical Tony to many 🧙🏻♂️) the counter and stores team are responsible for dealing directly with the steady flow of customers from 6am til 5pm every weekday. They offer that little bit extra than the usual, run-of-the-mill builders merchants’ counter staff, especially when it comes to mastic sealants. Dealing with enquiries, matching sealant colours, finding solutions to common and uncommon problems and advising on correct product selection on a face to face basis is something we feel separates us from the often ‘faceless’ and/or unknowledgeable workforce in similar businesses. With the backing and full support from all of our trusted manufacturers, the assistance provided by the Counter Team is, to the best of our knowledge, up to date, correct and true, this, coupled with good, old-fashioned customer service is something we’re proud of, as the industry, (like many others these days) becomes increasingly digital with too much emphasis put on speed and cost-saving methodology. As well as the smooth running of our busy warehouse, the counter & stores team also deal with the constant rotation of incoming products to our warehouse shelves, analysing and maintaining stock levels with timely ordering directly from the manufacturers.
