With a heavy focus on the fastest delivery becoming the number 1 priority for many consumers, customer service has become a secondary consideration. We’re somewhat reluctant to get carried away with the Amazon Prime type of service, opting to maintain a connection with our customers directly, providing advice and assistance, whilst still providing a solid service with detailed delivery information, something that other companies who sell the same or similar product ranges to us fall short on. Most of these ‘middle man’ companies offer no direct contact details and simply intercept business online, lacking any technical knowhow and promising fast deliveries, then sending the goods direct from the manufacturer, often undercutting everyone else online, earning unfeasible, low margins with no longevity to their business model and ultimately affecting their overall service and performance. We’ve been distributing materials from our warehouse in Chingford, North-East London for nearly 40 years, using trusted, national courier services and/or local delivery services where possible within London and the surrounding counties.
