Categorised into company secretary, sales ledger, purchase ledger and customer services, but very much combined as a team. This department are responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounts, customer service and general after sales care, such as returns, errors or any delivery queries etc.
The accounts department are available from 8:30am til 5:00pm every weekday to deal with the complexities of money in and money out on a daily basis, as well as any prompt attention to discrepancies or general queries that arise.
Whether you prefer to ‘pay as you go’ or run a credit account via the E-Shop online, over the counter in the showroom or over the phone, we accept various payment types.
Account customers can pay their credit account balances or any invoiced orders by Mastercard, Visa or bank transfer.
Payment for in-store purchases can be paid for by cash, Apple Pay or Contactless (up to £30 inc vat. only).
